After years of dis-ease in my physical body, with my emotional health, within my spirit, AND in our marriage, the most recent theme in my life has been, "What is medicine?". The container that Xavier and Adriana hold for myself and my husband to share, learn, and collaborate with other like-minded couples has been nothing short of pure, divine, medicine. We look forward to our twice-monthly dose that keeps us WELL and dramatically impacts the healing within our marriage- as well as other aspects of our lives. It is a deep level of support that we didn't know we needed until we jumped in. The health of our marriage ripples out far beyond our comprehension. The immediate ripples are easy to see; in our home life, with our children, how it impacts our work...but this boulder of LOVE is so powerful that it feels quite revolutionary to be honest. World-changing. Life changing. One of the biggest learnings has been, "Only love is real." What a profound truth that acts as a balm during the times when we are triggered by tsunamis of big emotions that cloud our connection. I am deeply appreciative of that. Thank you, dear ones. You are changing the world by offering this space for couples to not only heal but to create something extraordinary. Thank you to the other couples who so graciously share their hearts and souls with us. I love you all deeply.

My experience working with Xavier and Adriana has been been powerful, safe, loving and left no stone unturned when it came to working on any and all issues in my life, and more specifically my relationship. The container created by the group setting held every other week was transformative beyond what I thought was possible. Seeing and hearing others speak honestly and openly about what they were going through, and had found resolution in, allows you to see yourself in everyone and learn how to handle whatever life throws at you in a way I had never experienced. It also enables you to implement these changes in your life faster than I imagined it could. These sessions have not only helped heal the relationship with my wife, but have also filtered out to relationships with my children, family, friends and co-workers.

The amount of growth, love, and intimacy my partner and I have continued to build on these past few months has been extremely powerful, and it's all thanks to TLC! Since joining this community, my relationship with my significant other has improved for the best! Before, we would hold on to so many little things that would affect the relationship and never talk about our problems, just allowing them to bubble up under the surface. We would fight weekly and hold on so tightly to what the other person said and did to us. But, being surrounded by such a safe and caring group of people has allowed me to open up more with my partner and express myself wholeheartedly. We now have the space to express sincerely with one another and resolve the conflicts that arise.
